Who we are

This website is operated by ZCouture Events, an event planning and curation company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to share with us:

• Enquiry details you enter in our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, event type, and optionally your event date, city or venue, estimated guest count and a description of your event.
• Messages you send us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, including anything you include in them.
• Technical information that your browser shares when the site loads, such as your IP address and device details. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google may receive this information when you visit.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and visitors do not need an account to use it. At the time of writing, this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How our enquiry form works

Our enquiry form does not send your details to our servers. When you press “Send Event Enquiry”, the form prepares a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send to our number. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. Once you send it, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) handles the message under its own terms and privacy policy, and we receive it on our WhatsApp number.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your event.
• To prepare proposals and plan and deliver events you ask us to organise.
• To keep reasonable records of our communications and business.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above, for example with venues, suppliers and other event partners who help deliver your event, with the messaging, email and phone providers we use to communicate with you, and with authorities where the law requires it. We ask partners to use your information only for your event.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any event we plan for you, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records or are required to by law. We then delete it or make it anonymous.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending information over the internet or storing it is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose, and you may withdraw consent you have given us. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first.

This website links to WhatsApp and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.

Children

This website is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add analytics or a different enquiry method. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
